The Troy Downtown Collaborative is a group of Downtown property owners, business owners and residents who are working towards the creation of a Business Improvement District in downtown Troy.

Once the Business Improvement District Plan is created and approved, a BID board of directors will be elected by the property owners, business owners and tenants of the district.
